Bushra Ansari Stands Up for Ex-Husband Amidst Growing Criticism
Veteran Pakistani actress Bushra Ansari spoke out about her position on standing up for her ex-husband, Iqbal Ansari, against criticism.
In the company of her daughter, Bushra recently made an appearance on a private TV channel’s morning show, where she spoke about a range of topics including her personal life, profession, and relationship with her ex-husband.
Bushra Ansari declared that she would not put up with anyone criticizing Iqbal Ansari and would step in quickly if someone tried. She revealed that she frequently hears unjust remarks about her ex-husband, characterizing him as a strict or uncaring spouse, and she attributes their broken marriage to these misconceptions.
“I believe it’s my moral responsibility to stop people from saying anything against Iqbal Ansari,” Bushra stated.
“If someone tries to say something negative about him in my presence, I immediately shut it down.”
She continued by emphasizing that her daughters’ father, Iqbal Ansari, has always been a kind and devoted father who has supported them through good times and bad. She stressed that even though their relationship has been difficult at times, he has never abandoned his girls.
Bushra also spoke about the tendency of people to pass judgment and post comments on social media, emphasizing that these kinds of remarks are improper as well as useless. The actress emphasized that any disagreements she had with Iqbal were private and that nobody had the right to criticize him.
