Roma Michael Becomes the First Pakistani Contestant at Miss Grand International 2024
Model and actor Roma Michael has become the first Pakistani participant in the upcoming Miss Grand International 2024 pageant.
Roma is a professional model and actress born in Lahore. She completed her BTech degree from the University of South Asia, and is also a social media influencer and content creator with over 72.5k followers.
Roma has paved her way in the showbiz industry by starring in many drama serials, including ‘Tu Zindagi Hai’ and ‘Pyari Nimmo’, and films such as ‘Kahey Dil Jidher’ and ‘Delhi Gate’. She has also headlined fashion campaigns for many renowned Pakistani fashion brands and appeared in multiple TV commercials.
Roma has previously represented Pakistan on global platforms in 2023 like the international Miss Charm pageant, and walking for prestigious events such as Cannes Fashion Week and Dubai Fashion Week last year. Now, she has been selected for another prestigious pageant.
Miss Grand International is a prestigious beauty pageant ensuring entertainment, beauty and creativity. The contest boasts of a social media following of over 5.5 million followers.
The winner of Miss Grand International will be crowned with a “Golden Crown” crafted with gold and brass and decorated with diamonds and emeralds at the grand finale on October 25 in Cambodia and Thailand.
Other countries participating in the contest include Myanmar, Canada, Brazil, Australia, Argentina, Belgium, Chile, Denmark, France and many others.
