“Immy is Coming!” Humaima Malick Jokes About Emraan Hashmi’s Popularity in Pakistan
Pakistani actress Humaima Malick, alongside her brother Feroze Khan, recently sat down for an interview with Indian journalist Faridoon Shahryar, where she humorously discussed her former co-star Emraan Hashmi’s potential visit to Pakistan.
During a rapid-fire segment, Malick was asked how she would handle Hashmi’s visit, with the journalist playfully offering two options: either disguising Emraan in a burqa to protect him from female attention or advising women to stay home.
In response, Humaima laughed and said, “I would tell all the girls, ‘Immy is coming; go meet him at the airport.’ All of them will get really excited, and he will be happy too.” She added that she would encourage women to flock to the airport to greet Hashmi, noting, “Because he likes to show off and really enjoys his stardom.”
Malick also expressed her wish to do a podcast with Emraan Hashmi and work with iconic Indian filmmaker Sanjay Leela Bhansali in the future.
Humaima Malick and Emraan Hashmi previously starred together in the 2014 Bollywood film Raja Natwarlal, where they played the lead roles, solidifying their on-screen chemistry.
