Alongside fellow actresses Sarah Khan and Kubra Khan, Ayeza participated in several fundraising events for Palestine, which included interviews highlighting their perspectives on work and philanthropy. Reflecting on her role as Mubashira Jafar in the drama Main, Ayeza revealed that the character helped her gain better control over her own emotions, particularly anger. She also touched on her portrayal of the iconic character Mehwish in Meray Paas Tum Ho, a role that became a cultural phenomenon in Pakistan.
Ayeza shared that her experience playing Mehwish taught her to appreciate her husband, fellow actor Danish Taimoor, in new ways. “After Meray Paas Tum Ho, I no longer bother my husband. I now listen to everything he says,” she remarked with a smile, indicating the personal impact the role had on her life.
