Naeema Butt Opens Up About Career Challenges Due to Her Long Hair
Showbiz starlet Naeema Butt, known for her role as Rubab in the superhit serial Kabhi Main Kabhi Tum, has revealed that her stunning long hair has presented challenges throughout her career. In a candid interview alongside her co-star Emmad Irfani, Butt discussed the industry’s pressure to conform to modern beauty standards.
“I’ve always faced this issue in the industry because of my [long] hair,” Butt shared. “I’ve been told multiple times to chop my hair for a more modern look, and also because shorter hair is easier to style.”
Despite the advice to cut her hair, Butt has always remained steadfast in her choice. “But I never took that advice seriously because my hair is very special to me, whether I live in New York or here [in Pakistan],” she expressed.
Naeema Butt also revealed that she previously had knee-length hair, but has recently trimmed it. “With a very heavy heart, I got them cut, and it is shorter than my usual length at the moment,” she noted, reflecting on her attachment to her long locks.
