Bollywood starlet Ananya Panday recently disclosed an amusing yet cringe-worthy incident where she accidentally leaked her best friend and fellow star kid Suhana Khan’s phone number on social media. In a conversation with Netflix about her role in the streaming giant’s cyber-thriller CTRL, Panday discussed online privacy and the potential threats of AI in our increasingly digital world.
Panday recounted the incident, saying, “Once I leaked Suhana’s number by mistake. I was FaceTiming her, and then I noticed she wasn’t picking up. I screenshotted the picture and posted it on Instagram, and her number was visible.”
She humorously shared how Suhana later called her in a panic, saying, “Listen, my number got hacked!” To which Panday replied, “Oh my God. What happened, Suhana? That’s such a crazy story.” However, the laughter faded when someone informed Suhana that Ananya was the one responsible for the mishap.
The Call Me Bae star also revealed another privacy blunder, where she shared her own number with media reporters for “journalist things,” only for the outlet to later post it on YouTube.
