Salman Khan Upgrades Security with INR 2 Crore Bulletproof Car Amid New Death Threats from Lawrence Bishnoi Gang
Bollywood superstar Salman Khan has taken serious steps to enhance his security following the latest death threat from the Lawrence Bishnoi gang. According to Indian media reports, the Tiger 3 actor has invested INR 2 crores in a bulletproof Nissan Patrol SUV, imported from Dubai, to ensure his safety.
The new threat was delivered via a WhatsApp message to the Mumbai Traffic Police, where the sender demanded INR 5 crores from the actor. The chilling message warned Khan, stating, “If Salman Khan wants to stay alive and end the enmity with Lawrence Bishnoi, then he will have to pay INR 5 crore. If the money is not given, Salman Khan’s condition will be worse than Baba Siddique.”
In response, Khan’s latest purchase is designed with advanced security features, including bulletproof glass, explosive alert systems, and tinted camouflage windows to prevent identification of the occupants. The SUV is reported to be a significant upgrade from the bulletproof vehicle he imported last year after similar threats against his father, Salim Khan.
The Lawrence Bishnoi gang has been vocal about its intent to target Khan, particularly over the blackbuck poaching case from 1998, in which Khan was accused of killing the animal, considered sacred by Bishnoi’s community.
Salman Khan, known for his roles in blockbuster films like Tiger and Bajrangi Bhaijaan, continues to ramp up his personal security as the threat from the Bishnoi gang persists.
