Sana Khan shares how husband Mufti Anas’s prayers for Junaid Jamshed inspired her
Former Bollywood actress Sana Khan revealed in a recent interview with Indian media that her husband, Mufti Anas, prays regularly for the forgiveness of the late Junaid Jamshed, a gesture that deeply impressed her.
Sana, who left the entertainment industry after marrying Mufti Anas in 2020, shared that witnessing her husband’s sincere prayers for Jamshed made her reflect on the importance of such friendships. “Seeing Mufti Anas pray for Junaid Jamshed made me realize how genuine he was toward his friend,” she said.
She went on to say that this act led her to question whether she had any friends who would pray for her in such a way. “I thought about whether anyone would pray for me like that, and the answer was no. It made me realize I wanted someone in my life who would genuinely pray for my well-being,” she added.
Sana explained that her husband’s prayers for Jamshed’s forgiveness left a profound impact on her, solidifying her decision to embrace a more spiritual life. Since their marriage, the couple has continued to prioritize their faith, and in 2023, they welcomed a baby boy named Tariq Jamil, named after the well-known Islamic scholar.
The former actress expressed how her husband’s faith and devotion have inspired her to lead a spiritually fulfilling life, a path that began when she left her career in Bollywood.
